Terms of Service
KIVO is provided free of charge, with no account and no contract. These terms set out what that means in practice.
Using KIVO
You may use KIVO's tools for personal or commercial work, without attribution. There is no usage quota and nothing to sign.
What you may not do
- Use KIVO to process content you do not have the right to process.
- Remove watermarks, metadata or protection from files belonging to someone else without their permission.
- Attempt to disrupt the service for other people.
Because tools run in your browser, we have no visibility into what you process — which makes responsibility for it entirely yours.
No warranty
KIVO is provided “as is”. We work hard to make each tool correct, but we cannot guarantee that every operation on every file will produce the result you expect. Keep your original files. KIVO never modifies them — every tool produces a new copy — but that only helps if you still have the original.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profit or business arising from use of KIVO. For a free tool that never receives your files, this is both the legally standard position and the practically accurate one.
Availability
KIVO may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time. Tools may be added, altered or removed without notice.
Paid features
KIVO is currently entirely free. If paid features are introduced, their pricing, refund terms and payment provider will be documented before purchase, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived by agreement.
Who runs KIVO
KIVO is an independent software project by Anouar Jamali, under the NoirTech Industries studio name.
NoirTech Industries is currently a project and studio name, not a registered company. No company registration or VAT details are shown here because none exist yet — they will appear once a legal entity is formed.
