Loan Comparison
Compare two or three loan offers side by side: instalment, TAEG worked out from the charges, and the total cost in euros.
What it does
Loan Comparison does the job on the page as you type or drop files: no account, no form to submit, and the result is yours to download or copy.
When you need it
The ordinary admin of life — a mortgage to understand, a holiday to split, a bibliography due on Friday, receipts to hand in, a CV to update — where the alternative is a spreadsheet or a site that asks for your email first.
Limits and caveats
It is a working tool, not professional advice: figures and rules are explained on the page, and anything that depends on your own situation is yours to check. With a profile in My KIVO your work can be kept on this device as a draft; otherwise nothing is kept. Everything happens in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
How to loan comparison
- Drop or choose your file file.
- KIVO processes it instantly — no waiting for uploads.
- Download the result. That's it.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between TAN and TAEG?
- The TAN is the interest rate alone. The TAEG adds the charges — application fees, collection fees, compulsory insurance — and is the number to compare offers on.
- My TAEG differs from the bank's. Why?
- A charge is missing from what you entered, or the bank counts one differently (insurance, stamp duty). The SECCI sheet every lender must give you lists them all.
- Do my files get uploaded?
- No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
