- Why both Open Graph and Twitter tags?
- They overlap but don't substitute for each other. A page with only Open Graph renders on Twitter badly; a page with only Twitter tags is bare everywhere else. Both are emitted, which is what actually works.
- How big should the preview image be?
- 1200 × 630. Every platform crops to roughly that ratio, and it must be an absolute URL — a relative path is silently ignored by every scraper.
- Why did nothing change after I updated the tags?
- Because platforms cache what they scraped. Facebook's Sharing Debugger and LinkedIn's Post Inspector both have a re-scrape button; without it you can be looking at a preview from weeks ago.
