What it does
Flat-Rate Regime Calculator shows the whole calculation, not just the answer: every intermediate figure is on screen, so you can check it against your own numbers instead of trusting a single output box.
When you need it
Quoting, invoicing, or checking someone else's arithmetic — the moments where being roughly right costs money, and where the formula is easy to get subtly backwards.
Limits and caveats
Figures are unrounded until the final display, so results will not always match a calculation that rounded at each step. This is a working tool, not tax or financial advice, and local rules may differ. Everything happens in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
- Which coefficient should I use?
- The one for your ATECO code: 78% for most professionals, 40% for shops and trade, 67% for many other activities. It is the share of revenue the tax treats as profit.
- 5% or 15%?
- 5% for the first five years of a genuinely new activity, if you meet the conditions; 15% after that.
- Why is the INPS figure a percentage?
- Because for the gestione separata it is one — 26.07% in recent years, but it changes, so check the current rate. Artisans and traders pay a fixed minimum plus a percentage instead; enter your effective rate.
- Is this exact?
- It is the standard calculation, with contributions deducted in the same year. In reality they come off in the year you pay them, so the first year differs. For your actual return, ask your accountant.
