Merge Spreadsheets
Combine several Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files into one sheet, matching columns by their header even when the order differs, or into one workbook with a sheet per file.

What it does
Merge Spreadsheets reads your files, rearranges them and writes new ones — renamed, merged or unpacked — without changing the originals you dropped in.
When you need it
Tidying up after the fact: a folder of photos named IMG_4821, twelve monthly exports to put in one sheet, an archive somebody sent that you want to look inside before trusting it.
Limits and caveats
Everything is held in memory while it works, so a very large batch is limited by your device. The result comes back as a download (a ZIP when there are many files). Everything happens in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
How to merge spreadsheets
- Drop or choose your XLSX file.
- KIVO processes it instantly — no waiting for uploads.
- Download the result. That's it.
Frequently asked questions
- What if the files have columns in a different order?
- With the header option on, columns are matched by name, so order does not matter; a column only some files have is left empty for the others.
- Does it read old .xls files?
- No: save them as .xlsx first.
- Do my files get uploaded?
- No. This tool runs entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
